Policoro is a medium town, situated in the South of Italy. it has more or less 20000 habitants.

Policoro has a very beatiful history.. it was a colony in the ancient Greece. In 280AD was held the famous BATTLE OF PYRRHUS,a very important battle for greece, where Pyrrhus came out winner.He fought for the first time in the Greek history,with elephants. In Policoro there is an important meseum,called Museo Della Siritide. there you can see the rests of the old town.. 

another piece of the history of Policoro is the the MiddleAge. in that period was built a splendid Castle by Berlingeri's family.. 

Policoro's Nature. 
Policoro is very rich of nature and animals..

there is one of the most important wood in the south of italy..It's near by the sea..

there,you can find rare types of trees and animals.

the animal are various..the most famous is the CARETTA CARETTA turtle.

Policoro has also got a fantastic sea.. in summer a lot of tourist from all of the world ..from Germany,France and every part of Italy!

Hi! Now I’m going to introduce myself to u! I'm Laura Paladino, i’m a 20 years old girl... I have 2 sisters..The first is called Marika, she’s 18 and she's attending the hotel-school...and the last, Anthea is 12 and she's attending the 2nd class at the secondary school...I live in Policoro,a small town near the sea in the south of italy with my mum..Her name is Antonella, she is 40 and she works in the hospital..My parents are divorced.

My Love is the music..I like all kind of music, except classic and heavy metal music...

I'm attending the last class at I T C G T "Manlio Capitolo" . It's situated in a little village near policoro..It’s about 25km far.. I think I’m easy-going, nice, sunny and funny! I like people who are sunny and funny like me, but I don't like people who are boring and fake. My eyes are light brown and I have blond, long, curly hair.
